We are looking for an Inside Sales Agent to join the Elite Team in our Omni Cheer San Diego office.


The Inside Sales Agent’s purpose is to be the first point of contact for our B2B customers. The Inside Sales Agent will provide world class customer service, and maintain positive customer relationships. This individual will research, pursue, close new sales as well as retain and upsell existing customers. The Inside Sales Agent ensures accurate order entry, gathers information proactively, problem solves, and maintains strong communication/relationships with customers. This position will have a base rate and an incentive based on performance.

Essential Functions:

  • Takes inbound phone calls B2B customers
  • Professional handling of customer orders using company approved solutions
  • Maintain overall customer satisfaction in adherence to company procedures and policies
  • Provide guidance to customers with sizing, colors and custom questions regarding our product
  • Email, eFax, and call back assignments completed within 24 hours of assignment
  • Educate customers on the best shipping method options to meet their need date
  • Stay up-to-date on new procedures and processes
  • Assist with updating Sales SOP’s on a quarterly basis
  • Track orders for customers
  • Educate new Retail customers of Omni Cheer’s discount program
  • Educate new and existing etail customers with tutorial on placing Retail orders on website
  • Assist customers with website trouble-shooting and website issues
  • White glove customer service for customers
  • Supports Sales Manager with data for weekly revenue reporting
  • Responsible for all follow-up’s, go-backs, and WFC pending related to orders
  • Participate in Monthly Team meetings
  • Support Sales Manager with documenting feedback for key stakeholders
  • Other Duties, as assigned

Skills and Abilities:

  • Experience with two or more busy cheer seasons
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, dynamic team environment

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exemplary attendance
  • Proficient with the following software: MS Office, Ecometry or similar ERP, e-Fax, Digisearch
  • Organized, able to multitask
  • High School Diploma and a minimum of four years Customer Service experience in a Call Center environment (preferred)
