Join Elite Sportswear and help create the products worn by the US National Team, International Olympians, and World Champions. We are currently hiring for a Social Media Marketing Coordinator at our Reading Headquarters.

Position Overview:

The Social Media Marketing Coordinator will administer the company’s social media marketing and help drive key digital marketing efforts across the organization. The right candidate is a highly motivated, creative individual with experience and a passion for connecting with current and future customers on social media, with the ultimate goal of turning fans into customers.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop relevant content topics to reach the company’s target customers
  • Create, curate, and manage all published content
  • Monitor, listen, and respond to users while cultivating leads and sales
  • Conduct online advocacy and open a stream for cross-promotions
  • Develop and expand community and/or influencer outreach efforts
  • Create and manage promotions and social advertising campaigns
  • Manage efforts in building online reviews and reputation; monitor and respond to online reviews
  • Compile reports for management showing results (ROI) of all social media efforts
  • Analyze campaigns and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising social media, content marketing, SEO and social advertising campaigns
  • Become an advocate for the company in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate
  • Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy
  • Identify threats and opportunities in user-generated content surrounding the company
  • Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media campaigns; analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.
  • Assist in the management of the following digital marketing activities:
  • Coordination of all email marketing activities across all brands and customer types
  • Coordination of all product launches on GK and Dolfin Websites (e.g. content, imagery)
  • Coordination of all product promotions across all channels
  • Content creation for Dolfin and Gym for digital channels (e.g Copy, photography, video, blogs, etc.)
  • Assist with management and tracking of online media campaigns (Paid Search, Google Shopping, Paid Social Media, etc.)
  • Implementing Search Engine Optimization best practices
  • Assist with Web analytics strategy for all digital channels (Websites, Email, Social, Media)
  • Perform other duties, as assigned

Requirements:

  • Marketing degree, or relevant work experience
  • Display in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, their respective participants and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios
  • Demonstrate creativity and documented immersion in social media
  • Proficient in content marketing theory and application
  • Experience sourcing and managing content development and publishing
  • Exhibit the ability to jump from the creative side of marketing to analytical side, able to demonstrate why their ideas are analytically sound
  • Maintain excellent writing and language skills, a working knowledge of the blogging ecosystem relevant to the company’s field
  • The ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and video format
  • A working knowledge of SEO and “Search and Social” principles (including keyword research and Google Analytics)
  • Possess a great ability to identify and mitigate issues that may arise
